Today I wanted to share with you some pictures that impressed me and which I found on website of the World Press Photo. I think photography is, as well as the writing process, one of the best solutions to express oneself. A picture has to tell a story and this is one of the form of arts that I prefer. So, I'm leaving you with a number of pictures that left me really impressed.

My kids in Colombia

I want to dedicate a post to my NINOS in Colombia. A piece of my heart was left there with them. They're so joyful and always laughing. Everyone, although their young age, has a story to tell, even just through their eyes. These are some of the kids of the Fundacion Decameron, the Fundacion where I worked as a volunteer for a whole month.

True colors

A little throwback to the best sunset I've ever experienced. Those colors were amazing and the view breathtaking. Wish I could see such a sunset every day from my balcony ;)

Love is in the air

I can feel the love in the air... Except for me! Ahaha! OK, I'm not that type of girl who always needs a boyfriend( I'm absolutely not....... I feel better on my own most of the time, and I don't think that a woman needs a men feel good) but sometimes I wish I had someone by my side! 

Yesterday we saw this amazing couple and I was wondering what true love really is... And if it even exists! What do you think? Does it really exists?

As a positive-thinking person my answer is of course YES! 

I was just wondering if I will ever find someone that really lives me for who I am! But for now... Whatever... I'm still young , way too young! So I'm gonna think just about friends and party's ahaha!

Fashion blue shorts

Appena tornata a casa e sono stanca morta! La Hippy party di ieri sera e andata benissimo e il mio outfit e piaciuto molto( anche se la gente per strada mi guardava piuttosto male) ! Ci siamo divertiti un sacco! Spero che vi piaccia il mio abbinamento con degli shorts blu presi in un negozietto a NEW YORK con la maglietta bianca con dettagli sulla spalla sinistra!

Just got home and in pretty exhausted ! The hippy party yesterday was so much fun and everyone really liked my outfit( even though people on the street looked at me like WTF?!) I hope you like my daily outfit with blue shorts bought in NEW YORK CITY and the white shirt with details on the left side.

Sunshine

L'estate ormai è quasi alle porte ( si spera almeno) .. Qualche giorno fa infatti ho approfittato dei primi raggi di sole caldi per indossare un pò un vestitino.
E' un vestito che ho comprato a Londra la scorsa estate in un negozietto sconosciuto. Mi piacciono molto i colori, che dal mio punto di vista sono molto allegri e ricordano molto il sole caldo d'estate. Nella foto non si vede ma avevo su dei sandali in pelle marrone.

Summer is almost there ( at least i really hope so) .. A few days ago I took advantage of the first warm sunshine to wear a dress.
I bought this dress in London last summer in an unknown shop. I really like the colors because they remind me of summer.
You can't see it in the picture but i was wearing sandals.

Beh, come probabilmente avrete già letto, io sono Valentina.

Questa foto è stata scattata in bianco e nero. In realtà sono la "castana dai capelli ricci":D

E' la prima foto che pubblico, per questo ho deciso di pubblicare proprio questa, perché è una delle mie preferite. Amo sorridere, anche nei momenti peggiori cerco sempre di essere di buon umore perché so, che prima o poi le cose si risolveranno :) .

This picture has been taken in black and white, but in reality i'm a "curly brunette" :D

This is the first picture I publish, therefore I'm going to post one of my favourite ones, which also represents me. I love to smile, even in the bad situations, because I always hope / know that we have the power to fix situations and to go through hard situations and solve problems with a bit of effort. 

Remember : " Mathematics may not teach us how to add love or minus hate, but it gives us hope, that every problem has its solution".

Ed eccoci qui, a scrivere il mio blog personale.
Sono alle prime armi, devo ancora imparare bene come funziona questo sito, ma per ora volevo soltanto dire che questo blog nasce per condividere col mondo di internet le mie passioni più grandi, ovvero quella per la fotografia, per la moda e per la scrittura.
Fino ad ora ho sempre scritto per me stessa, senza far legerre a nessuno quello che scrivevo. Ora però ho deciso di buttarmi, di lanciarmi in qualche cosa di nuovo. Infatti amo le novità e amo cambiare spesso, rinnovarmi.
Non amo la monotonia e mi piace sperimentare cose nuove, provare nuove emozioni, visitare nuovi posti.

Here I am, ready to start my personal blog.
I don't really know how to use this site, I still have to learn how, but for now I just wanted to say that this blog is a place where i would like to share with the world of internet my biggest passions: Photography, fashion and writing.
Until now I've always written stuff just for myself, no one has ever read what I've written. But now I decided to change, to try something new. In fact I like to change, to rinnovate.
I don't really like monotony, but I like to try new things, to feel new emotions and to visit new places.
